Who controls your data
Panthlete Ltd, registered office: Cavendish House, 369 Burnt Oak Broadway, Edgware, HA8 5AW, is the controller of your personal data.
What we collect
When you join the HUNT waitlist, we collect your email address, flavour preference, a timestamp and the wording of the consent you gave.
Why we use it
We use this information to send launch updates about HUNT. Our lawful basis is your consent.
Sharing and retention
We use Resend to send emails and our database host to store signups, both acting on our instructions. We do not sell your data. We keep your data until HUNT launch communications are complete or you withdraw consent, whichever comes first.
Your rights
You can withdraw consent at any time, or ask for access, correction or deletion of your data. Contact us at help@panthlete.com.
You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
Spam protection
To stop automated abuse of the waitlist form we use short lived rate limiting based on a scrambled (hashed) version of your IP address, kept for no more than 24 hours.

We do not set cookies and no analytics are installed.
